Online Service Standards

Overview

Australian Healthcare Qualifications & Training are currently delivering courses partially online in a virtual classroom-based setting. We are committed to providing all our students with a high-quality learning experience and these standards explain our commitment to our students and the support we provide to our students.

Student Entry Requirements and Information Session

Prior to enrolling into a course with Australian Healthcare Qualifications & Training we will ask you to attend an information session to provide you with important information about the course. The information session will provide you with information on our online delivery requirements.

 

To enrol into a course, you will be required to complete a Pre-Training Review which will determine if you require any support with your digital literacy.

Student Support

Our Trainers and Assessors are available to support you via Zoom, email or phone and will endeavour to respond to you within a reasonable timeframe.

The contact details of your Trainer and Assessor will be provided to you prior to the commencement of your course.

Student Engagement and Commitment

Our Trainers and Assessors at Australian Healthcare Qualifications and Training deliver high-quality training that is engaging for all of our students utilising the online system, Zoom.

Our Trainers & Assessors and Staff continuously track and monitor your progress to ensure that you are actively participating in the course and on track with your course timetable.

We expect that your attendance remains above 95% at all times. If you are unable to attend a training session, please inform your trainer and assessor as soon as possible. If you are absent from class, our staff will contact you on the day of class to identify the reason for your absence.
